Fit Tac With Rtms#

This module contains the FitTacWithRTMs class, used to fit kinetic models to a target and reference Time Activity Curve.

Classes#

A class used to fit a kinetic model to both a target and a reference Time Activity Curve (TAC).

`get_rtm_method`(method[, bounds])	Function for obtaining the appropriate reference tissue model.
`get_rtm_kwargs`(method[, bounds, k2_prime, ...])	Function for getting special keyword arguments to be passed on to the provided when used as
`get_rtm_output_size`(→ int \| tuple)	Gets the size of the output array for a given RTM method.
